Manifestation isn’t just about dreaming big—it’s about feeling into what’s holding you back, acknowledging resistance, and moving through it with intention. If you’ve ever created a vision board or visualized a future you deeply desire, but felt an inner block, that’s your subconscious asking for alignment. True manifestation happens when you engage all your senses and emotions, making your future feel real in the present.
Step 1: Acknowledge and Move Through Resistance
Before diving into vision boards and visualization, take a moment to sit with any resistance you feel. Ask yourself:
What beliefs are holding me back from fully stepping into this vision?
Where do I feel tension in my body when I think about my goals?
What small action can I take today to prove to myself that this vision is possible?
Acknowledging these emotions helps clear the space for aligned manifestation.
Step 2: Visualizing Your Next 6 to 12 Months
I recently did a vision board, and I noticed something interesting—I was putting things on it that I already have in my life. They weren’t exactly the same, but they carried a more feminine, refined energy. This made me realize: I am already a powerful manifester. In fact, I have what I wanted. My vision has already become reality. I also had to accept that there are somethings that I don't want, because I am not making them a reality. Such as an intimate partner relationship. I have never really wanted it. Accepting that is my shadow work.

Now, manifestation for me is about keeping it—continuing to build upon what I have already created. It’s about sustaining the house, the horses, the bath that brings me joy. It’s about making it easier to attract the money that pays the mortgage, to keep flowing with abundance rather than chasing it.
So when you visualize your future, ask yourself: is this about bringing something new into existence, or is it about reinforcing and expanding upon what you already have?
Engage your senses:
Sight: What colors, people, places, and objects surround you?
Sound: What music, voices, or natural sounds fill your world?
Touch: How does it feel to be in this space? Is it warm, textured, soft?
Smell: Are there scents—fresh air, flowers, the aroma of coffee—that bring your vision to life?
Taste: If success had a flavor, what would it be?
By immersing yourself in these details, your subconscious begins to accept this vision as real and possible.
Step 3: Creating a Powerful Vision Board
A vision board is a tangible representation of your inner world. To make yours truly effective:
Choose Images That Evoke Emotion: Instead of picking generic “success” photos, choose ones that make you feel something deeply.
Include Personal Symbols: Words, quotes, or colors that resonate with your journey.
Make it Multi-Sensory: Add textures (fabric swatches, dried flowers), scents (a spritz of your favorite perfume), and even small objects that bring your vision to life.
Keep It Visible: Place your vision board somewhere you’ll see it daily to remind your subconscious of where you’re headed.
Step 4: Embody Your Vision Daily
Act As If: Dress, walk, and make decisions as the version of yourself who has already achieved this vision.
Speak It Into Reality: Use affirmations and conversations that align with your future self.
Celebrate Small Wins: Acknowledge every step forward, reinforcing the belief that you are on the right path.
Trust the Process
Manifestation is not just about thinking positively—it’s about taking aligned action, overcoming resistance, and stepping into the energy of what you desire. By feeling, visualizing, and engaging your senses, you create a magnetic pull toward your dreams.
Just like in horse training, every interaction is shaping the future. Whatever you do every day with your horse, you are training them—good or bad, right or wrong. The same goes for manifestation; every thought, decision, and action is training your reality. So, keep refining, keep aligning, and trust that you are already living your vision.
Are you ready to step into your future self today?
